Quality Assurance

Quality is a core concern for Metall Structures in all its processes and practices. It is reflected in the way the unit was originally set up - with constant focus on getting the best possible components and facilities for a unit of its size; it is reflected in its use of tried and tested consumables in its production; it is reflected in its making available to clients the best possible choice of raw material for their products.

Metall Structures has its own NDT Executive qualified in ASNT-Level-II for UT, MT, LPT, RT for continuous coordination with production department to maintain quality standards.

In addition to following its own standard quality practices, Metall Structures makes it a point to ask for and follow each particular client's quality plan as the company firmly believes that 'Quality is what the Customer Approves'. To this end, Metall Structures has in-house testing facilities as well as third party associations with approved NDT/Quality Assurance agencies.

Metall Structures has also adopted ISO 9001:2015 certification for continued improvement in its services.
